Is this an RPM? My pictures look like all I have seen. I need an expert opinion, please.

Note the overall size of the mint mark. That is normal. The edges you are looking at are contact marks from circulation. You might take a look for the listed one on CONECA for that year. (2) Then you can see why they are RPMs.

Always good to check for listings to see if there are any known a certain year and what they look like.

This coin also has heavy die wear. Note the flow lines around the date.
