Took me awhile to locate this one, research helped me narrow down the location to a mile section of dirt road, large area of state property. Parked my vehicle and climbed a steep hill about 30 feet up, lo and behold there was the old foundation with concrete steps, top of the hill. Site not viisible from road.
Went back later with two buddies, and searched the old site, about one acre in size. Few old harmonica reeds and the usual shotgun shell brass. Not a single coin found except for a nice 1912 Barber dime
, barely covered on the ground's surface. My buddy scored that one.
Not having any luck with the image optimizer. Will try again later for photo.
