My grandfather used to keep one of these folded in his wallet. I vividly remember him pulling it out of his wallet in the early 80s and saying along the lines..."Take a look a this. Here's something you don't see everyday." I finally got myself one. Here's the sellers photos. Give it a grade please.

Very difficult to grade paper money from pics, but I'm guessing this would be EF.

It's hard to grade from pictures, so I can't really give you a good estimate. Looks like good condition from the pics though.

I saw one of these federal reserve notes in this forum a few months back and was instantly transported back to that moment when my grandfather showed me his bill. He passed in the mid 90s and I was living abroad for a while and never thought of it ever again until I saw the bill in the forum. I immediately contacted my sister who would've had the remainder of our grandparent's possessions, but the wallet was not amongst them. My sister and I surmise that the wallet was emptied out except for the slit behind the driver's license and the bill was thrown away with the wallet by my grandmother years ago. The memory of that vivid day still now drew me to acquire this. I'm a sentimental fool, but a happy one at that. I'll frame this or maybe one day get it graded, but for now just frame it to look at from time to time just to remember.
