Looks like possibly strike error? Only seems to be around the shield area?

@JW3, sorry but this is just damage. Someone has ground away at the shield exposing the underlying zinc core. This one is a spender.

Stuck in a washer between the impeller and the drum, just not stuck as long as mine was. I had to pull this one out with pliers....

This is a damaged coin and is no where near a Mint error. Sorry buddy. Keep looking and who know maybe one day you'll find the holy Grail of Mint errors!
