I found this CRH today. It looks to be a minor but nice grease strike to me, but the rim molding with the IGWT makes me think otherwise. Any opinions on this is appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks E&V! I will probably hold on to this one considering it's covering most of the upper devices and I have no other grease strikes in my collection. Thanks again!

Weight? Looks like the coin is under weight and did not have enough metal to strike up the deeper devices. A keeper if you ask me. A thinned planchet.

with @coop. It is weak in the same area on both sides, so not due to grease-fill. Most likely a thin/underweight planchet.

Thanks for all the responses. It weighs up 3.1/3.0 grams on the scale. That seems to be perfect weight, so am I still lookin at a thinner planchet?

Could you take an image with a normal coin on each side stacked up. That might show us more?

It maybe thinner on the top of the obverse and bottom of the reverse on the coin. Show that area of the rim in the stack of coins.

That planchet looks thin compared to the other ones. Now you'll need to weigh it on a scale to get the weight of your coin.
