I saw a 194G Wheat penny the numbers were the right size but the G was a little larger and mis shapes.

I heard that coins can often have a glitch. But never like this

@SF, first welcome to CCF. Second, it sounds like the last digit of the date took a hit and mangled the number so that it looks like a letter G. To confirm, please post a pic of this area of the coin. Thx!

There is no such thing as a 194G cent.
As Spence stated, it has probably taken a hit distorting the letter.
We see these quit often here but if you want, post a picture and
maybe we can figure out what the last number is supposed to be.
