Please give me your opinion on what to do with this coin. I'd be very happy with it if not for the black spots around the word united. Thanks!

Looks to be a small date in MS-63 . Don't worry about that tiny carbon spot .

My opinion would be to save this cent in a 2x2 until a better example came around. The black spots are not as prominent as they could be which is nice.

Looks to have cartwheel luster, probably bright and shiny but fairly average for the issue.

MS-63/64 at best
