Lincoln's jacket is flat or missing from the bow tie to the bulbous end below the date, this area is raised on a normal penny, so is this DD?

It looks like an abraded die ( over polished) issue.

You can still see abrasion marks and look at how much is missing from the word LIBERTY.
Must have been a pretty deep die clash they were trying to remove.

Must have worked that die over with 80 grit..not much of the "L I and Y" of liberty left..
