Fellow members, in my spare time, apart from playing guitar, I search ebay for various "Ending Soonest" coins and notice tons of them have low or no bids.

I've seen coins sold on ebay, with the value of $300 sold for $120.

Even though I have never used ebay before, I find it fascinating and interesting to see 'Great Deals' and how luck turns to some people.

What are your personal experiences with 'Good Deals' based on any auction site?
Post Links if possible.

I try and search ebay when I have some cash to spare. If don't have the cash I don't look so not to get depressed. While there is a ton of "found in attic" and such post I have gotten 1 good deal so far. I mostly buy in bulk. One seller had a bulk lot of mix US & World coins only posted in the world section. In the general listing they said there was a 2002 $5 Australian gold coin (1/20 oz). So I bid $50 as my max. I won the auction so I basicly purchased the gold coin for retail value and picked up a pretty good mix of US and world coins for free. Is an even better deal now a days with the increase price of gold.
