Hello,
Can you get another picture of the coin? I have seen some that appear to have a "lighter" copper finish.Could be missing copper plating. I have three that are completely silver is color. I will try to post them later. Will take a while to find them...

Not missing the copper plating, it has been plated with something else- zinc does not shine like that.

Strange photo. I'd guess that it ended up going through the plating process that people are using to "re-finish" zinc-steel 1943 cents... looks it has that same chrome-like shine.

Looks like it was coated with mercury, that's what it looks like to me.

It would be nice to get better photos. Try taking one coin at a time photo. Usually comes out better. Still there is more than likely a real good chance that those are plated with something. For some reason it is fun in chem labs to plate pennies, melt most or all of them. Also, in Crome plating companies, other plating companies. Then of course there are those that use pennies (cents for those sensitive people) as a demonstration of how their Brass, Chome, Silver polishes work by using them on coins. I've seen that at places and the pennies come out looking all weird but shinny.
This is why there will always be pennies. So much to do with them besides spening them. And then there is all those songs that use that word.
