I have a 1969-S Penny with a major color difference I have not seen before. I was hoping someone might know why.

Turning from red to brown is normal with age.

Copper can take on many colors as it ages depending on its environmental surroundings.

to CCF. Bottom coin looks pinkish which means it was harshly cleaned. Top coin looks like natural toning.
