Latest issue of PaperMoney Values had a article on what note/type of small-size notes to collect. For serial number collecting it states: "a serial number is generally not considered "low" unless it starts with four or more zeros and generally starts at about $10 and goes up in price as the serial number goes down. With a 00000001 being the pinnacle of course and would go for $7-10,000. This is talking about $1 bills. I could see that $20 selling very easily at a good price. Specially if it is in mint condition.
