Do all Uncirc Mint Sets come in that flimsy cellophane wrapper?
That's a far cry from the way Proof sets are presented. I guess the idea is to remove the Uncirc coins from that "lollipop" wrapper and place them in albums.

Mint sets through 2006 were in sealed mylar packages. Since 2007, the coins are in a plastic blister pack with a fold over cover containing coin info.

And before 1959 they were in a paper and cardboard holder.

Also from 1955 to 1964 the proof coins were in that same "lollipop" wrapping.
