I dont know Canadian coins the slightest but ive read a bit and I see there is different 65' varieties. Please let me know which one it is and any other helpful information :)

Its definitely a blunt 5, can you provide a close up of the A in Regina showing the dots where it is pointing to?

Looks like the common Small Beads/Blunt 5. Here is picture to help with 1965 blunt vs. pointed.

MaxV773 your coin is a variety2 small beads blunt 5 here is a couple images of one of my coins same variety as yours. I will add a couple of images showing what is on the surface of my coin.

MaxV773 thank you very much. I have a piece of information for you. if you have any canadian coins hang on to them. there is some new varieties coming. I mean varieties.
