steven1969 New Member United States 48 Posts	Posted 08/29/2019 1:49 pm If you look at the side view it appears to look like a small letter D or P that is cut off and it repeats itself all around the dime.Kind of hard to make that happen.I would think.If you see the other dimes you may think different.I can see why you think that though.but can you explain the face and head markings? First is because we've seen the same type of damage in hand and reported hundreds of times. Second, it is very, very common for toning or stains or cuts or damage to be thought to represent letters or numbers or extra mint marks or an inverted pepperoni pizza.
