To CCF , We need full blown up photos of your coin Obverse and reverse ,also make sure the coin shows right side up . It's difficult to view sideways .

It looks like the date is weak due to a grease filled die, and the "anomaly" on the O appears to be a plating bubble. The coin is not valuable.
