With the artificial tone most likely also comes a previous cleaning. You are better off spending a little more and getting an original surfaces coin. The rewards will be much greater when you go to sell.

Ya know I've notice that theres a few different names of sellers both out of Boston Mass (on ebay). All have similar problem coins. Be very careful. They're the same seller, they have the same , if not similar, descriptions of coins.

The seller specializes in detail coins if he felt the coin could have been dipped and sold for more, it would have been done. Some coins once dipped look worse than the AT. The AT may have been put on coin to hide surface flaws.

I have bought a couple of rainbow Morgans from the seller. You are going to pay a premium for rainbow toning with straight grade in a major TPG holder.
