I think it's just a long scratch. If you can, make sure to post your pictures facing up on the page. It makes it easier to look at and I don't have to turn my laptop on its side to view them.

I don't know, would love to see a close-up of the date, the 9 looks kind of fishy...maybe circulation flattening or a working die doubling...does anyone else see what I'm seeing ?
