I found while CRH. It looks like an RPM to the West to me, but I am still learning how to identify these. Please confirm or refute. Thanks!

not sure, but is there anything happening at the B in liberty? Or at we trust?

The mint mark could be RPM or just wear / impact. At the 45 degree mark from center of the mint mark.. does that second arch look like an impact or look like a second D? Does it go all the way to the coin's flat face or is it very shallow?
