the original pic looks like the features are in instead of out, which could be image photoshop or bad pic or fake coin, any of the 3. Are the features 'in' rather than 'out'.

I think that this is just a counterfeit Washington quarter

Note the 2 in 1932

I think the top of the 2 took a small hit on the right side that gives it a pointy look. This is a genuine coin.
