Gorgeous, I would say MS-62, maybe an MS-63, depending on the scratch on the cheek.

The scope has LEDs, so they wash out the colors also. Earlier photos are more accurate to colors

UNC details. I think the coin was cleaned in an attempt to remove the verdigris on the reverse around initials area and right stock (see last photo)
