Can't help with the left had one.

Right hand one is James Withers Halfpenny token from Alresford in Hampshire, undated, Ref D3 in Dickinson. Picture is of a man making candles.

Based on the fact that your other 17th century tokens seem to be all Hampshire, I would tentatively suggest the left hand one is also from Alresford, in which case it is likely to be one of the Jarvas/Jervas Abin tokens (D1, D1A, D2) featuring a picture of George and the Dragon as this was his pub. Dates would be 1666 or 1667 and could be halfpenny or farthing.
