Really difficult to look at your coin when its going all sort of different directions. Please orient your photos so we can see them without cranking our necks (and show BOTH sides).
It appears as if your coin has Machine Doubling, but again, it's really hard to see.

I agree that it isdefinitely showing MD on the date.

And mintmark. 1968-1972 has the most Machine Doubling during that time period on cents. (Even the big DDO has as high ratio of these cents having MD on them) Over 100 examples were submitted for grading that people thought were doubled dies. But were not.
