Looks like a big struck through debris. To bad it wasn't still a BU. Note the the metal is peeling from the rim area on 'UST' on Trust.

@coop I agree but I'm confused bc it looks like a lamination error and a struck through combo! Would a struck through leave the US untouched like this?

The size of a strike through will vary depending on the size of the debris. Does it wrap over the edge of the coin? If so then for sure its a ST. Does the area of the field area that peeled lol flat? Another clue for a ST. There could be an outline of where the ST ends. So look closer for these suggestions.
