The second coin is a so-called "barbarous radiate", most of which were produced in Britain and Gaul in the 270s AD. Tiny examples (less than 12mm) are sometimes referred to as "minims". They are contemporary imitations of antoniniani, in this case probably of Tetricus II. The reverse seems to be an attempt at the 'sacrificial implements' type. Compare the coin below, also "barbarous". Yours copies the same prototype but is smaller and less true to the original. https://cNGCoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=111082
