The top part of the Memorial's roof appears to be attached, so no, I don't think your coin is of the "floating roof" variety.

All I see are pics of a quarter.

Make sure you give your pic files unique names when uploading them to the site. It looks like your LMC pics were overwritten by your quarter pics so we can't see them anymore.
