I have a 2006 colorado quarter and I was wondering if what I saw where it say colorful colorado at was an error or just damage. In the second O of colorful it looks like there is a tail on the right lower side of the O making it look like a Q. Also the R next to it has something going on with it also but here are some pictures.

Welcome to the forum.
I'm not a collector of clad but it seems like your coin may have been struck by a die with minor die damage if the marks in question are raised. Die dots, gouges, dents, dings, etc. will show up as raised areas on the struck coin.

An outside possibility is this might be a minor clash but I'm not sure. Maybe others will chime in on that.
