So I recently purchased a slab bed NGC coin from a Patrick Flannery collection. I was curious who this person was and what other coins came from the collection. I know if requested and the collection is somewhat big or from a serious collector the will create custom label collections.
My google searches didnt lead me anywhere solid so my question is does anyone know how to find such information?
I like to collect information of a coins history, thanks!

@pr, yes good question. I have purchased coins from named collections previously and spent some time chasing down the fuller attribution. For Patrick Flannery, I see that at the 2014 ANA Convention, a booth with his name and Tartan Collectibles is listed. Below is a link to the website, with a PO box and email listing for him. If the specific piece that you bought is a Civil War Token, medal, or exonumia, then I would definitely start with trying to contact him. I also note that there is an active eBay store called Tartan Collectibles with many of these same items for sale. The eBay username is "tartanccscott".

Of course there may be multiple folks with the same name, which is why my search terms were "PATRICK FLANNERY" and NUMISMATIST.
