Hi. Do you guys think this happened during the mint process? the wt is 3.12g.

It looks like an indent. But what makes me suspicious is the uneven curve going toward the L of LIBERTY and jagged edge on that area.To make certain we would need better pictures without any glare and a clear shot of the edge.

the bulging on the obverse edge is all around the coin and that makes me think it happened during the minting process.

It looks like a Brockage that caused a partial collar strike/railroad rim.
