Hi Is this a DDO? Or is it nothing because it's on the mint mark? I Feel Like It Is A S Over Another S.

I just checked all three sites and none listed.It does not look like a RPM to me, but I can't tell you what it is.

It resembles MD. Could you post full pictures of the obverse and reverse?

The first s seems to be straight up and down and the 2nd s seems to have a 10 degree clockwise tilt

even if it is MD would this error make this coin any more valuable?

Sometimes you can see reflection on proof coins:

But I don't think on this cent that it is a reflection issue.
