Not Korean. Taiwan, 1 dollar, year 59 of the Republic (AD 1970).

Very minimal value, I'm afraid. The kind of coin you'd find in a coin dealer's "foreign coins - 3 for $1" scratchtray.

Also, I strongly recommend that you flatten the staples on this 2x2 (and for that matter, all of them in your collection) so that they don't accidentally scratch adjacent coins during storage.
