2017 Uncirculated Set Possible Error?

i have a 2017 us mint uncirculated set with the penny in with a quarter is this an error or can these be opened without damaging the package claiming them to be a mint error

I think it would be a mint packaging error,I do not think you can open the set without damaging it.

Can you take a photo of the whole set?

No you can not open them without damage to the packaging.

Not very common, but no real premium for packaging errors either. Might be worth a couple dollars more. Packaging errors in the older pliofilm sets usually ran about a dollar extra.
