Hi I am wanting to know if this is a Double Die reverse or is this Machine Doubling please? It is a 1939

Actually, neither. It is die wear. Note how the affected areas look.
1. They mimic the design, but are distorted as die wear flows towards the rim direction.
2. Note the field areas. They are also showing die wear.
If it were Machine Doubling, it would be flat. If it were a doubled die, then the affected areas would be raised and rounded, not distorted. Here is an example:

Sorry about the photos I finally got a coin microscope and I didn't realize it took a TF card to take pics so I ordered one. Right now I'm taking a picture of a picture. The struggle is real. Anyway here's two more photos I took before I saw the die wear comment so I figured I might as well post them.
