Value? In this condition (well circulated, etc.), I'd say one cent.

The weak '...TES of' on the reverse is not uncommon on cents from the 1970s.

Not an error, not a greaser. That area is opposite the bust which takes a lot of metal to fill, it's a common area of weakness with memorial cents.
