I'm assuming that the fine lines all over this penny are die scratches. I'm wondering about the thicker lines, if they are just deeper scratches or die cracks?

Looks like die abrasion from a mint worker trying to polish a used die.

BIG time die polishing by the Mint.
Probably because of a clashed die.
Describe it as if there were no picture.
