Hi everyone I found this 1991 D doubled die reverse I think it's the rotated die one just wanted some confirmation or not. Any help is greatly appreciated

to CCF. Not seeing a DDR. In order to tell about rotation,you need to put the coin in a 2x2 holder with one staple left and right of coin. Then post photo of each side,or use the mirror methode.
