Its not terrible. I would say G6 overall. On the Obverse the eagle has some details on the feathers but the date being worn and the rim really bring it down, G4. The reverse is better with a a full rim and while some loss of detail the one cent is clear, so VG8 reverse. G6 overall, the wear on the front with the strong back make it better than a G4 but less than a VG8

I was hoping to see few more VG-8`s, as it does have some details evident in the wing feathers and eye.

I'll agree with G6, I dont see many Flying Eagle cents in "local" shops so they are super cool to me. Nice Find!
