Nice...looks like an LDS repunched mintmark...or heavy die wear. I wouldn't be able to tell one way or the other without viewing the coin in person.

Thank you for the response. I really do not believe this coin would bring much anyway would it? Its in ag condition with 2 rim bumps. 1939 Thanks David
