How much is a fair value to pay for this note? How much would you personally pay for it? I know the book value but I have got many mixed opinions so I want to hear more iinformed opinions.

You might consider $865 as a fair offer, it books at $965 on the coinsandcanada website.

Nice looking note!

C&C previous auction prices has it for $850:

Curiously, there is not much of a spread between Unc 62 ($830), 63 ($850), and 64 ($840).
Seeing as these are averages, I would probably offer $800...
