I see Machine Doubling on the tops of the devices. The 009 and 010 are both master die doubled issues. Let me do some side by sides.

Well the loop on the on the '9' shows at 11:00 a bit of distortion.

On your coin, I'm not seeing that there. Lets look some more.
Here is a side by side of 009 & 010.

Still not sure. I'll have to see what I can find tomorrow. Time for sleep now.

Looks like it is from the same die. But the carbon spots are a bad thing for a coin.
