To CCF! It is doubled, but it's Machine Doubling. Size of devices have been reduced. This is what you want to look for. Doubled Dies. http://doubleddie.com/721634.html

Well I'm seeing either vending machine damage or struck through grease issue with just parts of the devices affected. Note the devices are enlarged, not reduced as we would expect to see on Machine Doubling:
