Photos posted are a little too blurred/soft/low resolution to judge from. The repeating 'two white dot' pattern running through the images also detracts.

I'll guess MS64.

I'm no expert taking pictures. But set coin on flat surface then you only have to worry about holding camera/phone.

Your 2nd and last picture are the best. The other two are too pixelated to tell much.

Only some minor obverse field disturbances and some minor reverse ticks.I can tell from the cartwheel spokes the coin has a LOT of luster. My bet is your pictures are failing to show a nice example.

66RD....65 at the worst IMO.
