Hello all,
Notwithstanding having become of repeat and continual annoyance to the librarians at the university where I am studying, I have been foiled in my attempts to find any copy of the following three articles, if anyone could direct me to a source, I would be most grateful.

Moogk, Peter N. "numismatic history of the 1837 Lower Canada Rebellion" CNJ
Vol 38,No 10. November 1993.
I have now determined that this can be accessed via the RCNA.

"Rebellion Sou" Canadian Token, 1998

Numismatic Souvenirs of the rebellion of 1837 VNS Second Series, Volume 1 No 4 (April 1961) R. Wiley

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Loruca, this is exactly the sort of bathyspheric literature search the readers of The E-Sylum see every week. Direct link here:
https://www.coinbooks.org/esylum/

After a little back-and-forth with Wayne, you'd submit a brief background, maybe an image, and the hundreds of weekly readers go to work. Their editor is Wayne Homren, reachable via the link above.

Aside from that, what I'll paste in below is probably all stuff you've already explored, but these are the "starting points" I've got stashed under the "numisref" heading in my Firefox bookmarks:

Please be sure to share your findings with the rest of us here!
Best of luck ~

It's too bad that you live up here in Canada, because you can get whatever you wish down in the States. When I was living there, in mostly smaller towns/cities surrounding a bigger city, I used to get many many books for my research on any number of topics. You went to the librarian and filled out a small form and the book was then gotten through unknown channels. I would receive books from the NYC library, the Smithsonian, major museums, etc weeks or months later on loan for 2 weeks, sent directly to my house. I don't know the number of hands that the request went through but, if a book was published, regardless the date or subject matter, you received what you wanted.

okiecoiner, are you saying that Canadians don't have access to Interlibrary Loan?

I don't know, since I've never tried anything like that here. I just assumed they don't have it because of the OP's comments about his librarians.

Unfortunately, these don't seem to exist in any Ontario provincial Library - and yes, world cat searches have also been fruitless. In fact, I believe that the only publicly held copy of one of the journals I'm after is at Library and Archives Canada, but the London-Ottawa trip din the middle of Covid, sounds... Unappealing.
Thank you for the E-Sylum link! I will have to look into it!

Join the RCNA and then you can use THEIR complete library, plus any articles written in professional journals.

My name is in the September issue already!
I hadn't thought that they'd likely have a copy of the two more unusual journals in their numismatic library,
Might have to make use of those membership privileges!
