First glance, just heavy circulation. But we really need to see the whole coin, both sides and close ups of areas in question, please. What are you seeing that makes you wonder about this coin?

The only thing that stands out is that pic of the memorial columns. That may be from die polishing. As suggested, full coin pics will help.
