Thanks. I am a newbie with coins but looking at some of the values with the coins not even having the face and some of them I saw the metal was bent on some or other what looked to me like issues and they are asking quite a bit for this coin umm from a consumer standpoint not knowing anything I thought it would have some good value. Would I buy it or think was valuable? Yeah. I wonder what Price range something like this would bring to someone who wanted this kind of detail on a rare coin?

Look at ebay completed auctions, not asking prices, if you want an idea of what similar coins are bringing

Im questioning the authenticity on this one. Date looks off, details very weak/mushy. See what others have to say.

Hold on hold on hold on?
So you posted the coin, got one response of grade, got a response on price, and got someone who QA'd it so you removed the photos? How does that make sense? Nobody's bashing, but if you ask, and people answer honestly, and it's not what you wanted to hear, there's nothing that anyone can do to help.

Nobody is bashing your coin. Just here to assist. Here is a comparison of your coins date and a PCGS graded. Inner portion of the 8 and 9 are circular on yours, oval on a genuine. Serif on the 5 is off as well. You asked for our opinion as a "newbie", so If I make an observation of your coin, I'm going to say something to hopefully help. It's up to you how you take our advice.

Doesn't look right to me... Maybe an old electrotype copy?
