It could be a Struck Through Grease error. I also see heat damage where the coin is black.

It looks like Grease Fill in multiple places.

Thank you for the replies guys, much appreciated. Been having trouble with the photos lately sorry for the blurriness and the dark spots. This one didn't want its picture taken Wished the coin was in better shape I'm diggin it.
