I never thought of myself as a coin collector, but I have found myself jumping in feet first after finding dusty jars of old coins in my parents closet...Apparently my dad was an amateur coin collector ask he had separated out a couple 1913 Buffalo nickles, and a few silver dimes...which probably suggests that he meant to go through his coins at some point, but ended up forgetting about them... in anycase, I'm going through boxes of coins with youtube coin videos playing in the background...so much to learn, and so little time...hoping to find some help from the good people here to help me determine if some of my finds are actual gold, or just pyrite...
