1891-S Morgan VAM? Or Error Help

I have this 1891-S Morgan it looks like on the obv at 10o on the L it looks like there was a small piece of silver that got struck into this coin. I have several pics just wondering if it is a VAM or any bid deal. Thanks all

It almost looks like tape residue. Poke it with a stick..

My also be glue. Try soaking it in pure acetone.

It would be a planchet issue then. Either a lamination or struck through error. Definitely a slight value added error for a Morgan dollar.

Yes, Lamination is very possible from what I see here.
Indeed...a small surplus to the value.
