I am trying to help a friend attribute a coin which they bought mounted in a gold stick pin. They said they dont want to take the coin out of the mount, but sent pictures. It looks like the size of a Drachm. It appears to be toned silver. The obv shows a female head left with wings, the rev shows a crab. I thought it might be from Bruttium or Akragas because of the crab but couldnt find anything on wildwinds. Please let me know if you have any clue what this is.

I would guess it's an antique fantasy rather than anything ancient. Some Republican drachms featured winged busts of Victory on their obverses, but none as pretty/idealized as this. Maybe 19th century?

Modern fantasy 'coin', most probably of good silver.
A desirable, but not highly valuable jewelry piece.
