1955 Lincoln Wheat Error Penny - What Is This Obverse Error ?

Hi guys,

I have this 1955 Lincoln Wheat penny with what is obviously a large die crack error on Lincoln's head but I am not sure what to classify the other chips of metal as. Are these both die chips? One piece looks like it's connected to the die crack.
